invitationforyou provides digital wedding invitation websites and save-the-date videos. The package, price and deliverables shown when you place an order form the scope of that order.

You may create an account and save a private draft before paying. Saving a draft is not a purchase, does not reserve a production slot and does not make a website public.

When you choose a package, the dashboard displays the amount due and a WhatsApp payment link. Payments are currently arranged offline. Your order remains pending until invitationforyou confirms that payment was received.

A website can be published only after payment is confirmed and you have chosen and locked its invitation link. A video enters production only after payment is confirmed and the required details are submitted. Please use your IFY ID when contacting us.

The amount received, payment method and package are recorded against the order. Any discount or change to the amount should be agreed with us before payment.

Draft websites are private and are not available to guests. After payment is confirmed, you can ask us to publish the website when its details are ready. You are responsible for checking names, dates, event information, venue details and photos before asking us to make it live.

Website validity is one year from the creation date shown in your dashboard. The site may be extended by contacting us; extension is subject to the then-current price. After expiry, the guest-facing page and RSVP form are disabled.

You choose and lock the /i/ link before publication. Once locked, only an administrator can change it. Admin edits may affect a link you have already shared, so contact us before changing it.

Video production begins after payment is confirmed and the required details are complete. Our current target is delivery within 24 working hours after those conditions are met; we will contact you if an issue changes that estimate.

Videos are delivered through WhatsApp to the number you provide. Please check that the number is correct and that it can receive WhatsApp messages. Custom-character options are not currently offered through customer checkout.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for having permission to use names, photographs, music or other material you provide. Do not submit content that violates another person's rights or privacy.

You allow us to use submitted material only as needed to prepare, host and support your invitation or video. We do not claim ownership of your personal photographs or wedding details.

You can edit a website draft before publication. Video details can be edited before delivery. Once work has started or a video has been delivered, changes may require additional time or charges.

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

We work to keep published invitations available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access during maintenance, outages or events outside our reasonable control. We may suspend a page to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
