If you request a save-the-date video without an account, we store your name, WhatsApp number and the video details you enter, together with the time you agreed to be contacted. We use them only to reply to that request on WhatsApp, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Account information includes your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and state. We assign an IFY ID to help identify your account and orders.

If you use the service, we store the website design or video you select, wedding names and dates, event and venue details, photos you upload, payment/order status, and messages or notes you send us. Guest RSVP submissions may include names, contact details, attendance, guest count, meal preference and messages.

We use this information to create and manage your account, save private drafts, prepare and publish invitations, produce and deliver videos, confirm offline payments, provide customer support, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your WhatsApp number is used for payment, delivery and support messages. Your state helps our team understand customer requests and provide support.

We do not sell personal information. Information is accessible to authorized invitationforyou staff and to service providers needed to host the app, database, files or communications. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Published invitation details and photos are visible to anyone who has the public invitation link. Draft invitations remain private to you and authorized administrators. Guest RSVP details are visible to you and authorized administrators.

We retain account, order, payment and invitation information while needed to operate the service, support your order, maintain records and meet legal obligations. You can request account or content deletion through WhatsApp; some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

During local development, uploaded files are stored on the app server. Before public launch, the service must be configured with persistent object storage and production database backups.

You can update invitation details in your dashboard and request correction or deletion of account information by contacting us with your IFY ID. You can stop sharing a published link by asking us to suspend the invitation.

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and avoid putting sensitive financial or identity information in invitation fields.

The service is intended for adults arranging wedding events, not for children to create accounts. We will update this policy if our data practices or legal requirements change.
