Refund & cancellation policy

Saving or editing a private draft does not charge you. You may abandon or ask us to cancel an unpaid order; it is not counted as a sale and no refund is due for an unpaid order.

To cancel a paid order or request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with your IFY ID, order details and reason. We review each request based on whether website setup or video production has started, work already completed, and applicable consumer law.

If a refund is approved, we will agree the amount and arrange it through the original or another mutually agreed payment method. Because payment is currently offline, refunds are handled manually and are not instant.

If work has started or a video has been delivered, a full refund may not be available for work already completed. If a delivered item has a problem, contact us promptly; we will first try to correct the issue where practical.

A website can be suspended at your request, but suspension does not by itself qualify an order for a refund. Website validity and extensions are described in the Terms & Conditions.

Send refund or cancellation requests through the WhatsApp link on invitationforyou.com. Include your IFY ID and the email used for the order. We will acknowledge the request and explain the next steps.
